The Workshop is an artist led workshop to make a participation piece for a large social engagement sculpture: The Art In The Everyday Community Quilt Project - Supplies are provided and guidance. 11-4 Sat. April 24th - Reservations for timed entry to curator@foolproofcontemporaryart by April 10th.
The Art in The Everyday Community Quilt - WORKSHOPS - 2DAYS: Saturday October 31st and Saturday November 7th
Outdoors behind the gallery - enter from the alley at the gate (look for the crush-walls murals and sign)
Socially distanced - must wear mask at all times - must be prepared to sanitize hands prior to touching supplies provided
Drop in from 11-4 either day - or pick-up a packet with instructions and return to the gallery mailbox or by appointment.
Plan on at least 1 hour to make a participation piece and contemplate the everyday.
Cost: $10 per person

The Art in The Everyday Community Quilt project is going to be features with a workshop at the National Conference for the Women’s Caucus for Art February 13th 2020 in Chicago during the College Art Association Conference. Pieces made at this workshop will be featured at the conference.
